Online Banking Security
Security of your financial information is one of our highest priorities. To continue providing a safe and secure Internet banking environment, we have security enhancements to protect your information.
To protect your account information we use a feature called "masking." This feature only displays the last three digits of your account number. Using this feature protects you against anyone being able to see your entire account number. For example, if your account number is 123456789, you will see xxxxxx789.
In order to assist you to in identifying your accounts we have added a feature that provides you the opportunity to "nickname" your accounts. When you access your accounts, you will see the account names are the last three digits of your account number. To "nickname" your accounts, just click on the “Options” button, and then select “Change Nickname”. You can name the accounts with anything that is meaningful to you, for example "vacation account”, "college savings" etc.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-factor authentication is an enhanced security feature that helps protect access to your accounts through our Internet banking product. It provides multiple methods to authenticate your identity for access to Lake Community Bank’s Internet banking. This increased level of security helps to prevent identity theft and unauthorized account use. For more information please Click & Learn.
